La Patria Acquisition of Nasav: Expanding the Platform into Security Systems Integration
La Patria is pleased to announce that it has agreed to acquire Nasav S.r.l. a specialist security systems integrator and provider of alarm monitoring services.
Nasav combines system integration capabilities across intrusion detection, video surveillance, access control, and fire detection with a nationwide control room supported by in-house installation and configuration capabilities. The Company has built a strong reputation for technical excellence and delivering tailored, high-reliability solutions to a demanding base of corporate customers.
Nasav, La Patria’s 3rd acquisition in 2026, strengthens La Patria’s systems-integration capabilities and marks an important step in La Patria’s evolution into a fully integrated security platform.
By combining La Patria’s subscription-based monitoring and rapid-response services with Nasav’s design-and-installation expertise, the enlarged group will be able to better serve customers across the entire security lifecycle; from assessment and design, through installation and technology integration, to monitoring, maintenance and rapid incident response.
The acquisition will also enable La Patria to better serve clients at a national level by combining Nasav’s national control-room capabilities with La Patria’s deep connectivity with local security providers of last mile rapid response services.
The Company’s founders, Adriano Scapin and Ferdinando Zanoletti, will remain with the business following completion, ensuring continuity of management, technical know-how and customer relationships.

La Patria plans to continue developing Desio All’Erta’s customer proposition, including by further investing in technology enabled solutions and broadening the Company’s service offering and geographical reach.
This acquisition broadens La Patria’s geographical reach in Northern Italy and fits perfectly within La Patria’s acquisitive growth strategy in the Italian alarm monitoring and adjacent sectors.
