The two Operations Centers of Istituto di Vigilanza La Patria are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, coordinating all the security and monitoring operational services over a territory covering 200 municipalities in Piedmont and Lombardy in addition to 120 municipalities in Emilia Romagna, in particular in the provinces of Bologna, Modena, Reggio Emilia, Milan, Varese, Monza Brianza and Novara, Como.
The 24h Operations Centers (one in Bologna and one in Busto Arsizio), in addition to the constant monitoring of alarm systems in homes and/or businesses, manage alarm reports received, activating in real time procedures for the prompt intervention of local patrol units, ensuring prompt and efficient operations.
The quality of the service offered by the La Patria Operations Center is guaranteed by the highly specialist training of its operators, who are trained to use innovative surveillance systems installed in shopping malls, stores and offices.
Access to the Operations Centre is controlled and monitored, where operators coordinate intervention operations and keep in touch with patrol units located all over the area served by the company’s services, ensuringa rapid response in the event of break-in attempts or emergency situations.
